Concept for multifunctional commercial center. The project is designed for 360 000 square meters plot space. Taking into consideration the issue of correct planning of vehicles` traffic, the mentioned stipulated the necessity of cross-networking of the territory; relevantly we decided to divide the designed buildings into blocks in the territory – each block with its own parking area; such solution would be ideal for prevention of traffic jam and any other unforeseen events. As about the architectural solution, for commercial areas there are different types one-two storey facilities of modern standards in the above mentioned blocks, also four-storey building is designed with the object administration and office areas in it; the project envisaged the comfort and modern standards.
